An internet speed test shows how fast your connection is right now. It measures three things: ping, download speed and upload speed. The test runs in your browser, so you don't need to install anything.

Key Features

Download Speed

See how fast data reaches your device. This matters for streaming, browsing and downloads.

Upload Speed

Check how fast you can send data. Useful for video calls, backups and live streaming.

Ping Check

Measures response time in milliseconds. Lower ping means smoother games and calls.

FAQs - Internet Speed Test

How accurate is this internet speed test?
It measures real data transfers from your browser, so it is quite accurate. For best results, test wired and close other apps first.
Why is my upload speed lower than my download speed?
Most home plans are built this way. Cable and DSL usually give uploads at a fraction of the download speed. Fiber plans are often equal both ways.
What is a good ping?
Under 20 ms is excellent and under 50 ms is fine for gaming and video calls. Above 100 ms you will notice lag.
